The Piney Creek Recreational Association includes most of the filings in the Piney Creek Subdivision and offers wonderful private amenities such as an outdoor pool, clubhouse, numerous tennis courts, playgrounds and parks. It maintains the common areas of the association, which include: parks, common area fencing, common area lighting, clubhouse, swimming pool, tennis courts, playgrounds, the pond and waterfall, parking areas, etc. The Clubhouse facility is very popular and is utilized over 300 days a year.
