This single family community was built in the late 1990’s on the grounds of decommissioned Lowry Air Force Base. Outstanding single family executive homes, built by Village Homes, are the mainstay of Lowry Village I. The community has small, intimate, fully landscaped common areas. The Denver City maintained Bayaud Park creates the south border of Lowry. The Lowry Town Center is within walking distance and features restaurants and shopping.
