The Cherry Creek Country Club Master Association consists of members of the Estates (92 full custom mansions with walk on golf course access), The Villas (42 graciously appointed European style homes surrounding meandering streams and a tranquil lake), The Village (66 beautifully designed masonry exterior homes that enjoy cascading waterfalls and pristine landscaping) and the Cherry Creek Country Club (Denver’s in-town, Nicklaus designed premier golf course and elite spa). The Master Association is responsible for common area landscaping along East Iliff Avenue, monitoring/access services for the main and construction gates, maintenance of the grand entrance to the Country Club and Design Review functions.
